Companion Camp, LLC is an all-inclusive campground dedicated to providing quality pet care lodging services. Companion Camp offers safe, affordable, and reliable care for pets year round in a beautiful, natural setting near the Research Triangle, Pittsboro, and Burlington areas in North Carolina.


Summer Camp Atmosphere

Imagine your pets going to an all-inclusive (lodging, meals, hikes, romps, wake-up calls, bedtime tuck-ins) summer camp while you are away. Dogs enjoy exploring nature as they hike through ten acres of woods, romp in a play yard, and relax in duplex cabins with private rooms and patios. See Dog Camp for details. Reception Lodge

Our facility is located 10 miles northwest of Pittsboro, 20 miles south of Burlington, 20 miles west of Cary, and 15 miles southwest of Chapel Hill and Carrboro. The Camp's address is 3408 Castle Rock Farm Road, Pittsboro, NC 27312. modern main lodge

Hours of Operation

Companion Camp is staffed 24 hours per day, 7 days per week to meet the needs of our campers. Check-in and check-out times (reservations are required: see Reservations) are available during the following hours:


  • Monday-Saturday: 8:00-10:00 AM and 4:00-6:00 PM
  • Sunday: 4:00-6:00 PM

Although Companion Camp cares for pets 365 days per year, we recognize that our staff needs to spend time with their families on major holidays. Therefore, we have no check-ins or check-outs on the following holidays: New Year's Day, Fourth of July, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day.
