If you aren't comfortable submitting your card information online through our secure site, you're welcome to send in the legacy (Offline / PDF) form, omitting this information prior to calling in your card details. Legacy forms are linked in the top menu and on the right side of each page.
Please be aware that, effective 01 July 2024, in lieu of raising our rates, a service fee of 3.5% will be applied to all credit card purchases. For your convenience, you may avoid this extra fee by paying cash or check.
