We regret to inform you that we have made the very difficult decision to temporarily suspend daycare services as of 9/5/2021. Unfortunately, we are currently short-staffed and have taken this step to make sure that we’re able to continue to provide the best experience possible to the pets within our care. 

We understand that this decision may have a significant impact on your daily routine and apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.  We are committed to providing the best care possible, ensuring that all campers remain happy and healthy and guaranteeing that they receive the individual attention that they’re accustomed to at Camp.  If you have a current daycare reservation that you absolutely need to keep, please contact us to discuss.

We truly hope to return to our regular daycare operations as soon as possible. Updates will be posted on our website and/or Facebook page.  If you know anyone who would be interested in working with us, please send them our way!

Companion Camp would like to extend a warm welcome to any and all former Pittsboro Animal Hospital boarding clients!  We're honored to partner with Dr. Weiser and PAH and are confident that your pets will continue to receive the BEST experience when camping with us.  We absolutely understand the challenge in finding a place you're comfortable with to care for your fur-babies and are committed to filling that gap.  In addition, we're offering all PAH clients 20% off their first stay with us.  Just be sure to mention that you're a former PAH client and we've got you covered.  As always, if you have any questions whatsoever, please reach out!

HAPPY SPRING, EVERYONE!  

As things start to open back up nationwide, Companion Camp is OPEN and READY to accommodate your daycare and boarding needs.  If incoming reservations are any indication, things are trending positively - we were completely full last weekend for the first time in over a year!  While none of us know what the future holds, we're all hopeful everything is slowly returning to normal.  As of right now, Easter weekend is the only weekend so far that we're completely full and on a waiting list.  If we continue to see the uptick we have over the past few weeks, that will likely change soon.  Contact us with your daycare or boarding needs and we'll be happy to help!

We hope you're all staying safe and healthy during this difficult time.  Should you need to travel for any reason, or just want to bring your pets for daycare playtime, Companion Camp remains OPEN and accepting reservations!  We do still have availability over both Thanksgiving and Christmas holidays, but expect to fill up unless there are major changes with the COVID situation.  In addition, please be aware of the following changes:

We are no longer offering gift certificates but will most likely bring them back around the Holidays.  Thanks so much for taking advantage of these while they were offered!

We are also no longer offering nail trims, but will continue to provide baths and ear-cleaning upon request.  We recommend Hair of the Dog in Chapel Hill, NC for all your professional grooming needs.
